About The Role

As Senior Partnership Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will oversee procedures related to educational partnerships, working closely with UK and international partner institutions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance student experiences. Your role is vital in maintaining academic standards and supporting educational collaboration growth.

What You'll Do:

1. Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of Quality Assurance and Enhancement policies at partner institutions, ensuring high standards and excellent educational experiences.
2. Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with educational partners and stakeholders.
3. Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory and legislative requirements, escalating concerns when necessary.
4. Policy Review: Assist in reviewing policies and procedures in response to external and internal changes.
5. Partnership Development: Support the development of new educational partnerships aligning with strategic aims.
6. Data Management: Coordinate data collection, monitoring, and reporting activities.
7. Committee Participation: Attend and contribute to relevant committees and meetings.
8. Administrative Excellence: Provide high-quality committee servicing.
9. Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to university strategic projects.
10. Supporting the Management: Validate, resolve queries, and submit regulatory returns for partners, including student records and other compliance reports.
