A creative marketing agency in the UK is seeking a Partnership & Promotions Project Manager to grow the business. The role involves building new venue relationships, overseeing promotion execution, and managing projects. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, be self-motivated, and possess a full UK driving licence. This home-based role offers a salary circa £35K and the opportunity to work with exciting brands.

At WhipperSnapper, we bring brands to life for kids and families. We design, print, and deliver campaigns that promote new book, film, game, and toy releases everything from one-off activity sheets to long-term brand partnerships.
Our clients include Pokémon, Penguin Books, Paramount Pictures, and Greene King with campaigns running in the UK, France, Germany, and Italy.
Every promotion we run involves real, hands-on engagement. We re all about getting kids off screens and into fun whether that s activity sheets, treasure hunts, nature trails, spy schools, or even bushcraft adventures.
We deliver these campaigns through a wide network of family venues, from cinemas and theme parks to soft play centres, leisure parks, QSR brands, and holiday camps.
We re a small, supportive and creative team based mainly in and around Brighton and Sussex, but with representatives in the London, the Midlands and across Europe, working remotely but catching up regularly for meet-ups (and lunch!)
The Role
We re looking for a Partnership & Promotions Project Manager to help grow the business. You ll be spotting and securing new suitable brands and venues to work with, nurturing our existing relationships, and making sure promotions land perfectly.
This role is home-based, so you ll need to be self-motivated and proactive but you ll also be out and about visiting partners and our promotion events when required.
