Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partnership Manager to join AXA Retail on a permanent basis. As Senior Partnership Manager, you’ll drive and support the management and performance of the Partnerships Motor portfolio, including the Lloyd’s Banking Group. We’re seeking a highly organized leader to manage the relationship with a key partner, assist with pricing and underwriting interventions, and ensure good customer outcomes.

You’ll also be responsible for portfolio trading, governance, and delivering AXA’s business objectives through performance management of the account.

At AXA, we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means attending offices, visiting clients, or industry events. We’re open to flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and managing relationships, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
  • Defining and executing relationship management and contact strategies for the partnership, engaging with stakeholders at all levels through meetings and reviews.
  • Supporting partnership development and collaborating with AXA Retail and AXA UK teams.
  • Managing customer relationships and internal priorities to deliver profitability and GWP plans.
  • Contributing to the Retail strategy and AXA’s overall business objectives.
  • Overseeing governance, conduct, and compliance within the partnership, ensuring adherence to FCA and other standards.

What you’ll bring:

  • Senior-level experience in Partnerships roles.
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Principles, FCA, and compliance requirements.
  • Track record in profitable business development.
  • Experience in operational and strategic planning, aligned with AXA Retail strategy.
  • Ability to identify and track benefits and outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills and customer-centric mindset.

Eligibility to work in the UK is a precondition.

This role is classified under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD), requiring background screening every 4 years and annual declarations in interim years.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme (up to 12%)
  • Life Assurance (up to 10x salary)
  • 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Option to buy or sell up to 5 days leave
