Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a Partnership Executive to manage a portfolio of Nottingham schools as part of our East Midlands team. You will own client relationships and ensure outstanding service to our education clients.

Working with a supportive team, you will develop candidate pools, coordinate interviews and help fill long-term and day-to-day vacancies across the region, with opportunities for senior progression based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in education recruitment.
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage relationships with a portfolio of schools & academies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Effectively manage long-term and day-to-day vacancies.
• Build a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates for placement.
• Conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with partnership agencies to meet school requirements.
• Deliver excellent service to foster outstanding client relationships.
