The Role:

As a Senior Partner in the Market Access & Pricing Consulting team, you will shape the practice, lead high-impact projects, work with senior leaders, and guide the team to deliver top-tier solutions. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring you to be a trusted partner and thought leader in the field.

Your responsibilities include overseeing large client projects, identifying new business opportunities, mentoring colleagues, and keeping ahead of healthcare Market Access trends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Strategy: Shape the direction of the Market Access & Pricing practice, stay updated on industry trends, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with senior executives, becoming their go-to expert.
  • Grow the Business: Identify opportunities, develop proposals, and drive sales to ensure practice growth.
  • Project Leadership: Manage large projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering continuous learning.
  • Stay Innovative: Keep abreast of global healthcare challenges and craft forward-thinking strategies.
  • Drive Impact: Collaborate with leadership to meet financial goals and ensure success.
  • Thought Leadership: Share expertise through speaking, publications, and industry events, representing the client as a leader.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 10+ years in healthcare consulting with a focus on Market Access, Pricing, and Reimbursement, advising Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead teams, and drive business development.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of Pricing Strategies, Reimbursement, and Market Access challenges globally.
  • Business Development: Successful track record in growing business and expanding client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative thinker capable of tailored solutions for complex challenges.
  • Educational Background: MBA, Public Health, Health Economics, or related; PhD is a plus.
  • Global Perspective: Experience across diverse geographies, especially EU5 and US.
  • Communication Skills: Effective at delivering presentations and writing thought leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to identify opportunities and turn them into successful outcomes.
