Job summary

Rayment Recruitment is representing a well-established independent financial planning firm in the United Kingdom seeking an experienced paraplanner. The role focuses on complex suitability research, prepare client reports, and provide technical support, with progression toward a senior paraplanning role.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in an IFA, strong pensions/investments knowledge, familiarity with platform Transact/Aberdeen/Quilter, and be office-based with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA practice.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments, estate planning, and protection.
• Experience with complex cases for high-net-worth clients.
• Familiarity with major platforms such as Transact, Aberdeen, Quilter.
• Experience with cashflow modelling software and technical analysis tools.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning preferred but not essential.
