Qualifications

• Minimum five years' legal sector experience.
• Experience in leasehold property matters, including lease extensions and enfranchisement.
• Residential conveyancing experience desirable.
• Excellent organisational and client care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of lease extension and enfranchisement matters under supervision.
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases.
• Drafting notices, deeds, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Handling statutory and voluntary lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.
• Managing completion and post-completion matters, including SDLT and Land Registry applications.
• Assisting with the supervision and development of junior team members.
• Maintaining high standards of client service and file management.
• Recording time accurately and meeting billing requirements.
