We're seeking a skilled Senior Paralegal to join our high-performing team. You’ll report to our Head of Legal and collaborate closely with our Senior Legal Counsel, gaining exposure across the company.

What you'll do

• Legal operations: Manage our work & case management platforms to ensure team efficiency.
• Commercial contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including software and strategic partnerships.
• Corporate governance: Support corporate matters across all Farewill entities.
• Data Privacy: Assist with day-to-day data privacy issues.
• Legal support: Conduct research, prepare documents, and handle correspondence on various legal issues.

What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate is a commercially-minded, solutions-focused Paralegal with 3+ years of experience and a Law degree. Experience with legal technology and corporate/commercial law is preferred. We value ambition, willingness to learn, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
