Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Senior Paralegal for a Construction & Procurement role on a 3-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The successful candidate will bring experience in construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts and will provide commercial, contract and risk support within an established legal function.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and confidence communicating with non-legal stakeholders. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience across construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts.
• Senior Paralegal level with ability to work independently.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
