We are recruiting for a Licensing Paralegal to join our UK Licensing team based in our brand-new office in Edinburgh. This role is offered on a full-time, hybrid working basis.
TLT is recognised as having one of the largest and foremost Licensing teams in the country. The team includes several nationally rated individuals based across the TLT offices. Our client base includes UK pub chains; national retailers; petrol forecourt operators; national sporting facilities; sporting bodies; numerous football clubs; celebrity chefs; and large-scale shopping facilities. We are a dynamic and diverse team looking for an enthusiastic and committed Licensing Paralegal. Relevant licensing experience would be helpful, but training will be provided. Our daily workload covers liquor, civic and gambling licensing in Scotland. Working in this fast-paced sector, relevant IT skills would be of assistance.
The Licensing team sits within the wider Real Estate Group. Our sector focus enables us to concentrate our effort and resources on learning as much as we can about our clients' businesses and approach, working with clients from a firm wide perspective, not merely by work type or team. With TLT's offices in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, we are able to provide expertise across all the jurisdictions within the UK.
Your Role
As a Licensing Paralegal your day to day remit includes:
Your Skills and Experience

Many of our real estate partners are independently recognised as leading individuals in the field by the legal industry's annual directory rankings.
