Job summary

Cora Health Group seeks an Advanced Pain Clinician to work within its community pain management service. You will assess, diagnose and progress individual treatment plans, ensuring timely discharge and high-quality clinical care for patients with chronic pain.

Role is multi-professional, open to physiotherapists, osteopaths and nurses, with hybrid working and flexible hours. HCPC registration or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a varied caseload of chronic pain patients
• Well-organised approach to work

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with chronic pain and a wide range of physical and emotional needs
• Formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes
• Ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge
• Deliver quality, cost-effective clinical care for patients with chronic pain
