the7stars is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead high‑volume paid social campaigns across retail, finance and upper‑funnel activity. You’ll own day‑to‑day delivery, set strategies and ensure peak performance within a newly merged activation function at the UK’s largest independent media agency.

You’ll work with an Account Director and wider team, build trusted client relationships, mentor juniors and collaborate with offshore delivery.

Qualificações

• Hands-on paid social experience across major platforms.
• Ability to manage performance-driven accounts and deliver results.
• Autonomy and responsibility with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day paid social campaign delivery across platforms.
• Develop data-driven strategies and roadmaps.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with paid search and planning teams for integrated campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with offshore delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and optimise campaigns for ROI.
• Test new platform updates and betas with clear hypotheses.
