Job summary

Moneybox is seeking a Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Paid Social to shape growth across Meta, TikTok, and other channels. You will own channel roadmaps, manage a significant budget across mobile app and web funnels, and partner with design for creative testing.

You will collaborate with product squads for Investing and Pensions, drive data-driven decision making, and mentor junior team members while maintaining a strong commercial focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of performance marketing experience with Paid Social expertise.
• Proven track record managing large social budgets and driving results.
• Experience with app and web marketing, and creative testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own Paid Social channel strategy and roadmap across Meta and TikTok.
• Manage a significant budget and drive user acquisition in apps and web funnels.
• Partner with design to deliver data-driven creative testing loops.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for Investing and Pensions marketing.
• Maintain a data-centric, value-focused approach with travel payback focus.
• Share best practices and coach junior team members.
