WHAT YOU WILL NEED...

You’ll take a hands-on approach to managing complex paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms. You’ll oversee every stage, from strategy and execution to optimisation and reporting, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results. As a Paid Media Lead, you’ll maintain enterprise-level communication with high-profile clients, presenting insights, recommendations, and performance updates with confidence and clarity. Collaboration is at the core of this role, as you’ll partner with account managers, creatives, and data teams to craft innovative, data-driven strategies. You’ll also identify growth opportunities, lead junior team members, and ensure best practices are applied across all campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED...

  • 5+ years’ experience in both Paid Search and Paid Social
  • Strong agency experience
  • Expertise in budget management and resource allocation within an agency environment
  • Proficiency with key Paid Media tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Strong skills in reporting and data analysis
  • Proven success in crafting innovative, effective strategies across various industries
  • Experience managing a team - ideally more seniority than an executive
  • Experience in the Australian Market
