Qualifications

• 1+ years of paid media experience in agency or in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation and performance.
• Organised, proactive and results-focused.
• A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Monitoring budgets, pacing and performance to maximise ROI.
• Analysing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Conducting account audits and implementing platform best practices.
• Presenting campaign performance and strategy updates to clients.
• Collaborating with SEO, Content and wider digital teams on integrated campaigns.
• Supporting junior team members and sharing industry expertise.
