Location: Central London (2 days a week in the office, rest is your domain)

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive who can hop between platforms with ease, turn data into decisions, and help us deliver seriously scroll-stopping (and search-smashing) results.

? What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be hands-on with campaign planning, execution and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and maybe even a cheeky bit of Pinterest or LinkedIn — wherever our clients need to shine.

• Build and manage paid media campaigns across Search & Social
• Monitor performance, optimise ruthlessly, and report like a legend
• Collaborate with creatives to make sure the ads don’t just perform — they look good doing it
• Research trends, audience behaviours, and platform updates (because the algorithm never sleeps)
• Help shape strategy and support in client comms with insights that make sense and sound smart

? About You

• 2+ years experience in Paid Media (both Search & Social) — you’re confident and competent
• You know your way around Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
• Data-driven with a creative streak — you love the numbers but also know what makes people click
• Strong communicator, self-starter, and maybe even a bit of a nerd (we mean that lovingly)
• Curious, collaborative, and ready to roll your sleeves up in a small-but-mighty team
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in reporting tools like Looker Studio or Excel wizardry
• 2 days a week in our Central London office — think coffee, creativity and good company
