As a Senior Paid Media Account Manager, your role will encompass a comprehensive approach to campaign strategies for your assigned clients.

What would this role involve?

  • Managing budgets in excess of £100K
  • Initiating and developing large-scale projects that can generate significant growth impact
  • Managing KPIs associated with client campaigns and identifying tasks needed to achieve these
  • Keyword research, bid optimization, budget checks, analytics and reporting, troubleshooting
  • Client liaison for daily inquiries
  • Reporting to clients on campaign performance, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Performing keyword research aligned with client business objectives to optimize content and uncover new opportunities
  • Monitoring and administering web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, highlighting key areas of importance according to client goals
  • Monitoring and evaluating results and performance across major channels
  • Communicating project development, timelines, and results to team and management
  • Collaborating with team members to meet client goals
  • Working across departments to identify cross-channel strategies
  • Assisting in new business development to increase department revenue
  • Regularly optimizing accounts to meet client goals

What skills are needed for this role?

  • Experience in Paid Media, preferably agency side
  • Extensive knowledge of Paid Media
  • Experience managing budgets over £100K
  • Ability to explain effort-result relationships to clients
  • Expertise in analytics, attribution, and tracking, including GTM
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC & Social media interplay
  • Google Ads & Bing certifications
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience with bid management platforms (e.g., DoubleClick for Search) is a plus
  • Experience in programmatic display advertising
  • Experience working with Amazon, eBay, and Gumtree ads
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Knowledge of scripting within Google
