Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Band 6 Senior Paediatric Sleep Physiologist to join the Paediatric Sleep and Respiratory Physiolo gy team within West London Children's Healthcare (WLCH). Based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, this role involves cross-site work to support infants and children with complex sleep and respiratory needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in physiological sciences or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
• Eligible for professional registration as a Clinical Scientist.
• Post graduate degree (Masters or equivalent) in physiological sciences, or equivalent.
• Registered Clinical Scientist (Respiratory and Sleep Physiology) desirable.
• RPGST or equivalent qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery and development of specialist paediatric sleep and respiratory physiology services across West London Children's Healthcare sites.
• Perform and assist in the interpretation of diagnostic sleep investigations for children and young people, including complex cardiorespiratory sleep studies in patients on invasive or non-invasive ventilation.
• Support initiation, education and follow-up of children receiving CPAP, NIV, and long-term oxygen therapy.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centred care and ensure investigations meet departmental protocols and AASM standards.
