Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist with a focus on paediatric respiratory care. The post involves specialist assessment, treatment and advice across paediatric respiratory services within a busy MDT setting.

You will lead on paediatric respiratory education for junior therapists and contribute to service development, audits and research initiatives while maintaining flexible on-call duties to support a growing service across hospital sites.

Qualifications

Specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice across paediatric respiratory care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaison with families and carers.
Ability to lead on service development and paediatric respiratory education for junior therapists.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice for paediatric respiratory care.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to clinical decision-making and advisory reports.
Lead on service development, audit and research initiatives to deliver best-practice care.
Keep on-call rota responsibilities and flex to meet service needs.
Support training and development of clinical staff within Paediatric therapy team.
