Job summary

The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for Paediatrics on bank shifts. The role requires availability 1–2 evenings per week until 20:00 and involvement across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Applicants should be HCPC-registered with solid post-registration experience, strong clinical reasoning, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in paediatric orthopaedic and neurological conditions is desirable.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered physiotherapist with solid post-registration experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in orthopaedic, MSK, neurodevelopmental and neurological paediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with complex needs in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans to optimise recovery and independence.
• Manage a designated paediatric caseload with discharge planning.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and students.
• Maintain clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP and local policy.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement projects.
