Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for a Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) in Ealing. This ongoing, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers an hourly rate of £27.00 and a chance to support children and young people across diverse educational settings.

You will deliver EHCP provision, provide assessments and interventions, work with schools, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote educational participation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC Registration.
• Band 6 OT experience with children and young people.
• Proven ability to deliver EHCP provisions and strong assessment/report writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions tailored to support EHCP provision.
• Provide crucial therapy services to children and young people receiving Education Other Than At School (EOTAS).
• Work within Special Centres and Units in mainstream schools, offering targeted Occupational Therapy support.
• Design and implement person-centred interventions that enhance educational participation and development.
• Collaborate closely with education staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Contribute to assessment, planning, and review processes to support young individuals' unique educational needs.
