Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC Registration.
• Member of Royal College of Occupational Therapists and specialist section Children, Young People and Families.
• Evidence of CPD and attendance at relevant post graduate courses/training.

Responsibilities

• The post holder will manage a specialist caseload with assessment, intervention and reviews.
• Collaborate closely with families, educational staff and partner agencies.
• Coordinate OT services across Inclusion Bases and school leaders.
• Deliver OT provision within EHCPs and develop individual plans and goals.
• Model strategies and train staff to meet complex needs in settings.
• Maintain safeguarding, professional standards and effective documentation.
