Job description

Our client, a leading UK charity dedicated to supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities, is seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse for the Senior Registered Nurse role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that provides exceptional care to children and young people with complex health needs. The charity is internationally recognised for improving the lives of children and families, working alongside NHS and local authorities for comprehensive care.

Role Overview: As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:

  1. Lead and manage a team of Paediatric Nurses (Band 5) and Children’s Support Assistants
  2. Ensure high-quality care delivery for children with complex health needs
  3. Collaborate with families for assessments and care planning
  4. Support team development and engage with research
  5. Manage staff performance and deputise for the House Manager when required

Salary & Benefits:

  1. Competitive salary up to £50,500 per annum
  2. 37.5 hours per week (mixed shifts)
  3. 35 days holiday (inclusive of Public/Bank Holidays)
