Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paediatric Dietitian (Band 6) to join the team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours/week) with home or remote working options. The role covers paediatric nutrition, diabetes, CF, and related clinics, with involvement in teaching and service development.

The post requires at least 2 years NHS post-registration experience, HCPC registration, and active involvement in paediatric dietetics within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years NHS post-registration clinical dietetics experience.
• Member of the British Dietetic Association.

Responsibilities

• Work as a senior autonomous practitioner within the Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetic Team.
• Provide dietetic care and education to paediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Lead audit, develop guidelines, and support CPD within the team.
