Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) in North Wales seeks an experienced nurse to join a new 3-bedded PACU in its Critical Care services. Qualifications

• Essential: NMC/HCPC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in Theatre/Recovery/Critical Care.
• Mentoring/ Teaching or willingness to undertake 998 course.
• Flexible working hours.
• Desirable: ability to speak Welsh.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced specialist practice across the pre-operative, immediate post-operative and PACU pathway.
• Responsible for the quality of care and for empowering the peri-operative/post-operative team.
• Work alongside Surgeons and anaesthetic staff to support patient care and pathways.
