You will lead and implement transversal packaging program related projects into the regional markets. This will include multiple different project typologies and many stakeholders (Innovations/ Renovations, CBI (Core Brand Innovation), Business continuity, DtV (Design to Value), Plants, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). You will bring packaging technical key expertise to the glass bottle PCM (packaging category model) subject matter expert group. You will share expertise to support market delivery. You will form part of a transversal packaging team to drive standardisation of our packaging portfolio. You will drive connection and remove barriers between stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

  • Strategic multi-market projects: Lead key technical packaging projects to deliver on time for several markets in collaboration with market pack managers and operations leaders.
  • Ensure a good alignment, synergies, efficiency and coordination within SBFE packaging.
  • Support WOW (Ways Of Working) development within Packaging SBFE team, to enhance consistency & efficiency.
  • Be key sponsor of Quality mindset enabler, Protect the Castle (PTC), upscale SBFE approach. Embraces risk assessment methodology.
  • Leverage blocking points and cross functional discussions to move forward SBFE ambition on packaging strategy roadmap, such as standardization and CSR.
  • Change management driving (ADKAR model).
  • CSR and Best Practices: collaborate with regional CSR sustainability packaging project teams. Grow and expand best practice across BU’s & Labs. Support LCA discussions.
  • Regulatory and data management: Ensure regulatory compliance covered in project management following guidelines of pack reg team. Ensure pack data management system is standardised and maintained by the team.
  • Kaizen: Be a sponsor of Kaizen methodology and problem-solving approach. Provide guidance & support to market to tackle challenges.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Engineer, Master 2 University degrees (5 years) (preferred or equivalent experience) in Food Science, Technology, specialty on Pack.
  • Solid experience in R&D, Production, Packaging, Process supplier, QEHS.
  • Packaging Technical Expertise: Glass bottle is a must.
  • Data management including PLM experience background.
  • Experience in Food Industry or suppliers, preferably beverages and/or packaging.
  • Leadership and business acumen.
  • Management nice to have.
  • Analytical and creative.
  • Ability to build a recommendation and explain easily complex situations.
  • Technical knowledge (liquid, pack, process).
