You will lead and implement transversal packaging program-related projects in regional markets. This includes diverse project types and stakeholders such as Innovations/Renovations, CBI (Core Brand Innovation), Business Continuity, DtV (Design to Value), Plants, and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). You will bring packaging technical expertise to the glass bottle PCM (Packaging Category Model) SME group, support market delivery, and help standardize our packaging portfolio by fostering connections and removing barriers between stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

  1. Lead strategic multi-market packaging projects, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with market pack managers and operations leaders.
  2. Ensure alignment, synergies, efficiency, and coordination within SBFE packaging.
  3. Support the development of WOW (Ways Of Working) within the Packaging SBFE team to enhance consistency and efficiency.
  4. Act as a key sponsor for Quality mindset initiatives, Protect the Castle (PTC), and upscale SBFE approaches, including risk assessment methodologies.
  5. Utilize cross-functional discussions to advance SBFE's packaging strategy, focusing on standardization and CSR.
  6. Drive change management using models like ADKAR.
  7. Collaborate with regional CSR packaging teams, expand best practices across BUs & Labs, and support LCA discussions.
  8. Ensure regulatory compliance and standardize pack data management following guidelines from the pack reg team.
  9. Promote Kaizen methodology and problem-solving, providing guidance to markets to address challenges.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Engineer, Master’s degree (5 years) in Food Science, Technology, or related field, preferably with packaging specialization, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience in R&D, Production, Packaging, Process suppliers, QEHS.
  • Packaging technical expertise, specifically in glass bottles.
  • Experience with data management, including PLM systems.
  • Background in the food industry or suppliers, ideally in beverages or packaging.
  • Leadership and business acumen.
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Analytical and creative skills.
  • Ability to develop recommendations and explain complex situations clearly.
  • Technical knowledge of liquids, packaging, and processes.
