Job summary

Lotus Bakeries, Milan is seeking a brilliant packaging production specialist to join our in-house Creative Studio. You will lead packaging production across multiple brands, ensuring top technical standards from artwork to final production.

You will actively artwork, adapt and roll out packaging for BEAR, TREK, nakd., Kiddylicious and Peter’s Yard, while mentoring the team and driving smarter workflows. A collaborative, hands-on studio culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in packaging artworking and production, ideally within FMCG or consumer brands.
• Deep technical knowledge of packaging and print production processes and preflight.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills across complex ranges and multilingual artwork.
• Experience working with printers, repro houses and production suppliers to solve production challenges.
• Line management experience with a mentoring mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop packaging production across the in-house Creative Studio.
• Artworking, adapting and rolling out packaging for multiple brands, formats, SKUs and markets.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Global Packaging team, Brand teams, QA and external partners to ensure smooth production.
• Support and develop the packaging production team and share knowledge.
• Identify and implement smarter, simpler, scalable workflows.
• Explore AI and workflow automation to improve artwork checking, adaptations, versioning and quality control.
• Support shopper, POS, in-store and other printed materials with technical expertise.
