Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, is hiring for Senior Operator Grade 2 in Packaging Operations. You will oversee production rooms, operate equipment, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards while packing medicines for patients worldwide.

We offer fixed night shift 22:00–06:00 Sun–Thu (37.5 hours), with rotating shifts possible; £15.47 per hour plus shift premium, annual bonus, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment with teams and quality control.
• GCSEs English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SOPs and regulatory standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Control operations within the production room and oversee processes.
• Operate equipment and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Prepare rooms/equipment, verify materials, and document accurately.
• Support and supervise team members to complete operations.
