Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Production Manager for Packaging Operations in Craigavon. You will lead the Packaging Operations team, ensure cGMP-compliant manufacturing, and drive continuous improvement across schedules, resources, and KPIs.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Packaging Operations and requires extensive leadership in packaging/manufacturing with strong people management skills. Full-time, permanent with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification.
• Significant management experience in packaging/manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of packaging operations and teams.
• Review production schedules and align resources to demand.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements (OEE, variances) and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Support audits, customer visits and regulatory inspections; coach leadership team.
