Qualifications

• Graduate route via Graduate Production Technician path.
• Third level education (HNC/HND or higher) in Life Science or Engineering could apply with no experience.
• Career progression to Production Technician within 2–3 years (depends on performance).

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on subject matter expert with state-of-the-art manufacturing and packaging equipment and computerised systems.
• Oversee production batches with safe, compliant operations.
• Support introduction of new equipment and processes.
• Identify challenges and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
