Almac Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead and develop our Packaging Operations team in Craigavon. This senior role reports to the Associate Director of Packaging Operations and oversees multiple shift managers and supervisors.

You will ensure resources align with demand, drive cGMP compliance, and support audits and client visits while developing leadership capabilities across the department.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in packaging/manufacturing leadership roles within pharma or regulated environments.
• Strong track record in people management and KPI monitoring (OEE, variances).
• Experience supporting audits, customer visits and regulatory inspections.
• Excellent communication, motivation and leadership across large teams.
• Able to engage with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple packaging lines and teams.
• Review production schedules and align resources to meet demand.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Support audits, customer visits and regulatory inspections.
• Coach and develop senior leadership within the department.
