This position involves leading, delivering, and supporting manufacturing packaging requirements for site activities. You will develop packaging validation solutions for new and existing processes and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support product lifecycle management processes for packaging.
2. Contribute to new product development regarding packaging and artwork, ensuring timely and cost-efficient production.
3. Review and optimize new packaging processes and machinery, investigating new technologies.
4. Manage validation efforts for packaging processes.
5. Drive improvement initiatives aligned with industry standards.
6. Investigate complex packaging issues post-supplier quality input.
7. Identify training needs to ensure standards compliance.
8. Lead packaging audits at suppliers and other sites.
9. Design packaging concepts for new products and existing lines.
10. Understand packaging waste regulations.
11. Maintain responsibility for WW Packaging standards (SEP).
12. Have knowledge of packaging materials and fabrication methods.
13. Experience in packaging validation within Medical Device or Pharma industries is desirable; proven experience in a regulatory packaging environment is also acceptable.
14. Demonstrate a track record of successful packaging projects.
15. Ability to deliver on time and within budget.
16. Understand project delivery processes clearly.
