  5. Identify and drive improvement initiatives aligned with industry standards.
  6. Investigate complex packaging-related issues following supplier quality input as part of value stream requests.
  7. Identify training needs for packaging to ensure standards are maintained.
  8. Lead packaging audits at suppliers and other sites as part of supplier quality initiatives.
  9. Design and bring new packaging concepts for new products, owning the design aspects involved in introducing new packaging concepts, products, and existing product lines.
  10. Understand packaging waste regulations.
  11. Ensure responsibility and accountability for WW Packaging standards (SEP).
  12. Possess knowledge of packaging materials and fabrication methods.
  13. Experience in packaging validation within the Medical Device or Pharma industry is desirable; proven experience in a regulatory packaging environment will also be considered.
  14. Proven track record in packaging roles and projects.
  15. Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  16. Strong understanding of project delivery processes.
