Job summary

4Front Recruitment is seeking an experienced Package Manager for a flagship hyperscale data centre development in West London. You will own major packages from pre-construction through handover, coordinating design, procurement and construction teams to deliver safely, on time and to budget.

The ideal candidate has a strong background with a main contractor, proven programme and cost management, CSCS Black Card and SMSTS, and qualifications in construction (HNC or Degree).

Qualifications

• Experience as a main contractor delivering technically complex packages.
• Experience managing package budgets and programme delivery.
• CSCS Black Card and SMSTS with construction qualification (HNC/Degree).

Responsibilities

• Deliver major packages from pre-construction to handover, coordinating design, procurement and construction teams.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract.
• Lead stakeholders and ensure safe, defect-free handover on a flagship data centre project.
