Team Executive Assistant

Salary: A GBP 30k Basic + Commission (OTE A GBP 35k+ Uncapped)

Location: Ascot, Berkshire — Office based (free parking), driving licence essential

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Executive Support and Office Management
  • Managing the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings across different time zones.
  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Handling confidential documents and sensitive matters.
  • Organising business trips and corporate engagements.
  • Acting as liaison between senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
Marketing and Brand Development
  • Managing and expanding the company’s digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Contributing to website design and management, including landing pages.
Sales and Business Support
  • Assisting with high-value property transactions, coordinating with developers and solicitors.
  • Managing the CRM system for smooth client interactions.
  • Overseeing sales progression from inquiry to completion.
The ideal candidate

Should be an exceptionally organised, proactive, and adaptable professional with strong administrative and marketing skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or EA roles, preferably in property.
  • Strong sales progression experience with liaising with solicitors, developers, and mortgage providers.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud storage (Dropbox preferred).
  • Discretion handling confidential information.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented, and independent while supporting a team.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, polished, professional, comfortable with high-profile clients.
  • Own transport and a clean driving licence required.
