You will manage a broker panel across the Midlands, develop relationships, and handle new quotations and submissions to achieve targets, with hybrid working and office time three days per week.

The role offers autonomy to write high-quality business, including some renewals and MTAs, with exposure to complex accounts and events to network with brokers.

Qualifications

• Extensive property and casualty underwriting experience.
• Senior level readiness for promotion as needed.
• Experience with brokers and mid-market property & casualty risks.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop relationships with Brokers managing new business quotations and submissions.
• Achieve quote targets and conversion aims within business strategy.
• Engage with Brokers face to face and at industry events to drive performance.
• May manage existing business including MTA's and renewals.
