Lead Innovation as a Senior Own Brand Marketing Manager – Drive success for our exclusive product range here at Pets at Home!

About the Role

We have an urgent need for a Senior Own Brand Marketing Manager to join us on an initial six-month contract and support with our strategic priorities. Given the urgency, we are unfortunately unable to consider any candidate with a significant notice period. Apologies!

As a Senior Own Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and growth of our exclusive accessory brands, like Noble and 3 Peaks.

This strategic marketing role will drive the success of our brand portfolio, balancing consumer insights, product innovation and market trends to deliver measurable growth. You'll collaborate across teams, ensuring brand consistency and contributing to product development, marketing campaigns and sustainability initiatives.

This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Championing consumer insights to inform brand strategies and growth initiatives
  • Leading brand propositions, positioning and product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Developing impactful marketing campaigns to drive brand recognition and sales growth
  • Analysing brand performance and recommending continuous improvements
  • Fostering strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies

About You

  • Extensive experience in retail/consumer goods brand management
  • Strong analytical, creative and commercial skills
  • Proven ability to lead brand strategy, campaigns and innovation projects
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
