Job summary

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading British outdoor apparel brand to hire a Senior Product Developer in Milton Keynes. You will own end-to-end development and commercialisation of products across assigned categories, leading the Product Development and Materials team and working closely with Design, Production and suppliers to drive on-time delivery.

The role requires strong technical and commercial knowledge, people leadership, risk awareness and a collaborative mindset to keep

Qualifications

Experience in apparel product development from concept through production.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, fabrics and trims.
Experience managing development from concept to production approval.
Strong critical path management and multitasking across streams.
Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Lead product and material development from concept through to production approval.
Manage the Product Development and Materials team, setting priorities and owning the roadmap.
Coordinate prototypes, fit reviews, testing, approvals and production readiness.
Identify risks across product, cost, quality, compliance and delivery.
Collaborate with Design, Production and suppliers to balance design and technical requirements.
