Job summary

A Systems / Electronic Project Manager is required by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Wallasey to lead technology, electronic systems and infrastructure projects within live, safety-critical environments such as tunnels and transport facilities. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electronic, systems, control or operational technology projects.
• Experience in heavy industrial, infrastructure, rail, tunnels, civil engineering, transport, utilities or similar sectors.
• Degree-level qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electronic systems, OT and systems integration.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, communications, telemetry, control systems, alarms or BMS.
• Experience testing, commissioning and integration.
• Strong supplier, contractor and stakeholder management.
• Awareness of cyber security and resilience in OT environments.
• Experience documenting technical requirements and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic, systems and OT projects from scope to completion.
• Develop project scopes, briefs and requirements.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, communications, telemetry, control systems, alarms and BMS.
• Coordinate tunnel systems, passenger-facing systems and OT.
• Coordinate requirements across engineering, asset management and operational teams.
• Manage suppliers, consultants and contractors.
• Review designs, specs and documentation.
• Coordinate installation, testing and integration activities.
• Ensure systems are integrated, resilient, secure and maintainable.
• Manage budgets, programmes, risks and delivery.
• Maintain documentation and configuration control.
• Deliver works safely in live environments.
• Support cyber/security considerations and ensure standards are met.
