Job summary

Waterstons in Glasgow is seeking a Principal Information Security Consultant specialising in OT security to lead complex cyber security engagements for energy sector clients. You will provide strategic and technical direction, develop client relationships and help grow Waterstons' OT security capability.

You will have advanced OT security expertise, 8+ years in OT cyber security consultancy, including energy-sector experience, and a track record of delivering risk assessments, security

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years' OT cyber security consultancy experience, with at least three years in the energy sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement OT security risk methodologies and conduct risk assessments.
• Expert in OT security architecture, ICS/OT networks, segmentation and secure-by-design principles.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, UK GDPR and NIS Regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding client engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the OT cyber security SME, providing strategic direction across complex client engagements.
• Lead projects, create information security strategies and risk assessments for OT programmes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Energy clients.
• Mentor junior team members and raise the team's OT security capabilities.
• Stay current on security best practices to advise clients effectively.
