Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent position in Hertford, Hertfordshire. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to lead a small team and develop group programmes for clients with neurological conditions.

You will deliver person-centred care, collaborate with a network of allied health professionals, and contribute to high-quality rehabilitation services.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current and valid HCPC registration.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD).
• Ability to work autonomously while prioritising tasks and supporting the team.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Mansioni

• Develop treatment and support plans to enhance function and quality of life.
• Lead a small team of therapy assistants and activity coordinators with supervision.
• Design and deliver therapeutic group programmes for diverse clients.
