Job summary

Two full-time Band 7 Occupational Therapist roles at North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust, leading the Experts at Hand service across Halton and Warrington. You will provide senior clinical leadership, shaping pathways and training to support children and young people in home, school and community settings.

You will supervise colleagues, collaborate with families, schools and partner agencies, and drive service development with a focus on wellbeing, governance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead the Experts at Hand service across Halton and Warrington.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership for timely, high-quality OT support.
• Develop pathways to promote participation, independence and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of engaging whole-school training, consultation and coaching.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to colleagues in the service.
• Lead drop-in consultation sessions in schools to identify occupational needs early.
• Monitor outcomes and demonstrate impact of the Experts at Hand model.
