Locala Health and Wellbeing is recruiting a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Care Team. You will deliver rehabilitation and reablement interventions to help people recover, regain independence and remain in their own homes.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, provide professional leadership, support therapy assistants, and contribute to service development and quality improvement across Intermediate Care.
