Job summary

Locala Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Care Team in a permanent, full-time role at 37.5 hours per week. You will deliver rehabilitation and reablement interventions that help people recover and regain independence at home.

You will also provide professional leadership, guiding colleagues and students, and contribute to service development within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitation and reablement interventions to promote recovery and independence.
• Lead and support therapy assistants, rehabilitation support workers and students.
• Provide professional leadership within the multidisciplinary intermediate care team.
