Job summary

WSP is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to join our Cyber Security Capability team, delivering specialist cyber security services to a wide spectrum of industries. You will provide technical consultancy aligned to client needs across OT/IT development and digital transformation projects.

You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, support junior colleagues, and translate strategy into practical delivery, with opportunities for professional development and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/IT cyber security and related domains.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and support junior colleagues.
• Experience in threat modelling, risk assessment and security governance.
• Knowledge of cloud security including OT in the cloud.
• Familiarity with security platforms like IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/MDR.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy for OT/IT cyber security aligned to client needs.
• Support cyber security deliverables through lifecycle of development and digital transformation projects.
• Develop proportionate, risk-based recommendations and translate strategy into practical delivery.
• Assess cyber security controls and support threat and risk assessments.
• Contribute to governance frameworks and information security management systems.
• Support client presentations and proposals with clear cyber security guidance.
