Job summary

WSP seeks a Senior Technical Consultant – OT Cyber Security to join its Cyber Security Capability team. The role focuses on delivering cyber security services across OT/IT projects, providing strategy, governance, and technical assurance to a global client base.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute to shaping OT security services. Ideal candidates bring experience in OT/IT cyber security, risk assessment, threat modelling and proven client-facing consultancy capability.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field.
• Experience in OT/IT cyber security within consultancy or supplier environment.
• Ability to lead teams and develop junior professionals.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NCSC CAF) and risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security deliverables across OT/IT projects from concept to delivery.
• Provide technical consultancy, governance, and security strategy advice to clients.
• Analyse controls, perform threat and risk assessments, and tailor requirements to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and government bodies to define secure solutions.
