The position supports hybrid working between Warrington or Teesside offices with UK travel, mentoring junior staff, and developing tailored CSMS solutions while driving new business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical delivery experience in OT cybersecurity within high-hazard sectors.
• Ability to lead large project teams and mentor junior members.
• Proven record in delivering growth and managing commercial contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage OT cybersecurity projects, including audits, assessments and risk analyses.
• Develop and implement OT CSMS aligned with IEC 62443, CAF, OG86, NIS and other standards.
• Provide strategic guidance and design tailored cybersecurity roadmaps for clients.
• Mentor junior colleagues and oversee multi-disciplinary teams across projects.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and delivering compelling proposals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-value outcomes.
