Join a leading health organization in North Wales as a Senior Organisational Development Manager. You will play a key role in enhancing workforce capability aligned with organizational values, leading systemic change, and supporting leadership at all levels.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is embarking on a long-term, system-wide approach to developing its Culture, Leadership, and Engagement. To support this work and other key organizational development priorities, we are seeking an individual with extensive Organisational Development experience to help build our workforce's capability in alignment with our organizational values.
We require an experienced, confident professional with high-level knowledge, skills, and expertise in Organisational Development, capable of leading complex OD interventions. This role involves supporting individuals, leaders, and teams through systemic change, employing a compassionate and inclusive approach. The candidate should be proficient in diagnostic, dialogic, and systemic OD methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the skills to facilitate discussions around complex challenges, explore potential solutions, and co-create meaningful outcomes in the workplace.
Proficiency in Welsh is desirable; applications from Welsh and/or English speakers are equally encouraged.
