Job summary

ROAST is a multi-award-winning independent performance media agency based in Soho, London. We are looking for a Senior Organic Performance Account Executive to drive SEO initiatives, analyze data, and deliver client insights.

You will collaborate with the Organic Performance Account Manager and other teams to push ROAS. The role requires 18+ months in SEO, fluency in English, strong writing, and proficiency with SEO tools and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 18m+ experience in SEO.
• Fluent in English with good writing ability.
• Understanding of how search marketing fits into the customer journey.
• Ability to analyse data and derive insights.
• Experience using SEO/GEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Oncrawl, PEEC, Profound).
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• SEO knowledge or experience.
• Understanding of CSS, HTML and W3C standards.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly reporting and data analysis.
• Contributing to detailed and industry leading technical audits.
• Utilise Claude skills to execute deliverables.
• Utilising ROAST proprietary tech to create content and delivery client analysis.
• Providing data insights to clients for various queries.
• Attending client meetings & presentations.
• Acting as a representative of the company at external events.
• Be aware of actions and projects within your own pod.
• Providing data insights to clients.
• Running and leading internal training for team members as well as clients.
• Provide meeting notes including action points for your team and clients.
• Training a junior executive or intern.

The Role

Senior Organic Performance Account Executive

With SEO driving around 50% of all digital search traffic, it is an invaluable and exciting channel to work in. If you have an analytical mind and a hunger for learning new things, then SEO could be the perfect channel for you. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Organic Performance Account Manager, responsibilities could include:

• Weekly and monthly reporting and data analysis
• Contributing to detailed and industry leading technical audits
• Utilise Claude skills to execute deliverables
• Utilising ROAST proprietary tech to create content and delivery client analysis
• Providing data insights to clients for various queries
• Attending client meetings & presentations
• Acting as a representative of the company at external events
• Be aware of actions and projects within your own pod
• Providing data insights to clients
• Running and leading internal training for team members as well as clientsProvide meeting notes including action points for your team and clients

The Candidate

We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we really want to see:

• 18m+ experience in SEO
• A desire to learn
• Fluent in English, with a good writing ability
• An understanding of what search marketing is, and how search plays a role in the customer journey
• The ability to analyse data
• An analytical approach and interest in digging down into information
• Experience using SEO/GEO tools (such as: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Oncrawl, PEEC, Profound)
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• SEO knowledge or experience
• Understanding of CSS, HTML and W3C standards
• An additional language

Location: Soho, London W1
